Shipping & DeliveryShipping Policy
Orders that are received before 12pm GMT on weekdays are usually processed the same day. As the majority of our products are hand made to order we will email with an estimated shipping date approx. 7 days after your order is received. This will then be confirmed when the product ships. If there is any delay to your order, or a special making which will take longer than usual we will contact you by email before processing any payment. Please plan accordingly.
Basic rate shipping is sent by FEDEX and takes 2-5 days to most US destinations.
DUTY FOR ITEMS SHIPPED TO THE USA IS CHARGED BY YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS OFFICES AT DELIVERY TIME
Multiple ItemsIf you have ordered multiple items we will make every effort to ship them together to save you costs on shipping.
Special OrdersSome of our items are special order only. We require a 50% on these items at the time of the initial order. The balance will be charged just before we ship. We cannot accept returns on these special orders.
Returns & ReplacementsReturns
If you have an item that needs to be returned (it happens) please send it back to us in the original packaging, with insurance if necessary. Please return items within 30 days. Delivery confirmation is reccomended if you want to know when it arrives here. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages enroute to us. Please send returns to the address below. We will process returns as soon as possible and credit your original method of payment, less shipping. Once received and inspected you will receive an email confirmation of the credit process.
